Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how CookieStocky ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our websites, applications, and other online products and services (collectively, the "Services"), including but not limited to CookieStocky Package, CookieMovie, Cookie Blogs, QRGenForge, LogoSpark AI, OpenVision AI, ColorVault, and Nexus Workspace.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide better services to all our users. The types of information we collect vary depending on how you use our Services.
Information You Provide to Us
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. You may also provide a username. If you sign up using a third-party service like Google or GitHub, we receive information from that service, such as your name, email address, and profile picture, as permitted by your privacy settings on that service.
- User Content: We collect content you create, upload, or submit to the Services. This includes comments on videos and blogs, support tickets, chat messages with friends, images uploaded to our Image Uploader (which are hosted on Imgur), and prompts or descriptions you provide to our AI services like LogoSpark AI, OpenVision AI, and Nexus Workspace.
- Profile Information: You may choose to provide additional information for your public profile, such as a display name, handle, and avatar/banner images.
- Transactional Information: We collect information about your transactions within the Services, such as when you purchase a subscription or an item from the shop using our virtual currency "CookiePoints," including the price, date of transaction, and items purchased. We do not process real-money payments directly.
Information We Collect Automatically
- Log and Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your interactions with our Services, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, pages you visit, the dates and times of your visits, and actions you take within the app (like liking a video or generating a logo). This data is used for security logging, analytics, and to improve our Services.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to help operate our Services, remember your settings and preferences, authenticate you, and for analytics purposes. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
Information from Third-Party Integrations
- Imgur: When you use our Image Uploader, your images are hosted on Imgur. We store the links and identifiers provided by Imgur but are not responsible for Imgur's privacy practices.
- Pexels: Our Imagen Gallery service uses the Pexels API to display images. We do not collect personal data from Pexels during this process.
- Nexus Workspace: If you use Nexus Workspace, usage data and content created within Nexus (such as AI prompts and generated content) may be processed and stored as part of the Service to provide the functionality and improve the tool.

7. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or a higher age threshold as required by applicable law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
